Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service has a ceremonial squad made up of serving and retired personnel which was formed in 1990. The squad represents Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service at remembrance parades, medal presentations, funerals, weddings and prestigious events. Annual events that the squad attend include the remembrance parade in Ypres in Belgium, the Fire Fighters Memorial Parade in London and mayoral parades in Stafford, Stoke and Newcastle.
